Legislation
Mandatory supplementary pension and operations of the pension companies are regulated primarily by the following legislation:
- Law no. 411/2004 regarding privately managed pension funds, modified and revised by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 50/2005 and Law no. 23/2007.
